ReumaCare is a custom digital ecosystem built for a rheumatology practice that wanted to move away from fragmented third-party booking tools and external publication systems. The project was designed as a unified web platform connecting two physical clinics under one digital brand — complete with its own booking engine, content system, and role-based administration panels.

Before ReumaCare, the doctor’s clinics relied on several disconnected third-party tools — one for online bookings, another for patient communication, and a separate blog managed externally. This created friction: data was scattered, patient contact was inconsistent, and the experience felt impersonal. The goal was to build a unified digital clinic where patients could learn, book, and engage directly with the doctor’s services — all within a cohesive experience.
We started by mapping the real workflow of the clinics: consultations were split between two physical locations, each with its own schedule and assistant. From this, a dual-clinic booking system was designed, allowing patients to book an appointment in just two clicks — selecting the clinic and choosing a date. The admin and assistant dashboards were then built to reflect real-life roles and permissions: assistants handle appointments, while admins oversee data, analytics, and patient feedback.
To empower the doctor’s expertise, we implemented a blog and publications module powered by Editor.js — a structured, modern content editor. This made it easy for the clinic to publish educational articles about rheumatology, chronic diseases, and treatments, helping patients better understand their conditions while strengthening the clinic’s online authority.
ReumaCare transformed the clinic’s digital presence into a single, cohesive platform. The landing page highlights the doctor’s experience and patient trust, while the booking engine ensures smooth scheduling without external services. The result is a fast, branded, and self-sufficient system that supports the clinic’s growth and provides patients with a simple, professional experience.
